Sona and I trained yesterday evening in NTU.
It was so hot,humid and stuffy then. I was completely sweating while warming up for 2 mins.
We started from Xiao-Fu. I thought those wooden benches were suitable for training
king kong vault. However, I was totally wrong! They were too low to jump properly.
Besides, it rained in the afternoon so they were sort of slippery! That was risky...

Anyway, we did some balance-training on the bar,by warkling on it.
Since it`s been almost a week I haven`t walked on such a thin bar,I did awfully for the first
two times. But I could finally make it after some trying.
Sona said he was rusty coz we did trained a lot on Thursday evening.
What`s more, his arm collided with a rail while trying swinging from a bar to another.

Then we tried to find another suitable place to train,but it started to rain...
That sucked! Coz we could not train outside when raining, the obstacles would be too slippery.
So we went to a building for shelter and did some muscle training.
While moving there, I asked Sona why the Black hated the White to call them Negros but
those rappers did frequently.
He said since there was history about the black slaves,and negros is a negative word.
But what those rappers said is nigga but not negro.
Anyway, he regarded those were both the same.
He thought it stupid the Black still called themselves nigga.They are negative.
But if a Black called another nigga,that was coz they knew each other,just like...
I sometimes called my friends motherfucker. Then it was ok.
To sum up....I`d better not say this word to any black anyway....

Sona left at 8:00 coz he was going to have a party in a night club
for sending one of his best friends off.
And I kept training in front of the building of my department.
King kong vault was truly hard for me!
I just couldn`t let myself jump and stretch like superman and then touch the bar
so that I could vault over it.
Still need more practice!

At about 9:00,I went eating some food then back to the dorm.
